Agreement
These terms govern use of mobile applications associated with FLOW ACADEMY LTD and this informational website. By using the apps or contacting the studio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.
The studio builds products for iOS and Android: behavior, design, build, testing, release, and updates. Every product is made for both platforms under one shared plan. Privacy details — including Singular, OneSignal, the assistant, and the unique id — are described in the Privacy page and summarized here as binding product facts.
Product facts you rely on
Attribution uses Singular. Push notifications use OneSignal. The identifying item for those systems is a unique id. The apps build no personal profile from name, email, phone, contacts, or precise location. Users do not send personal data to each other through the apps.
The in-app AI assistant can talk with users. It is not a human. It is not professional advice. Text sent to the assistant is used only to reply and is not passed to other users.
Acceptable use
Use the apps for their intended product purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt services, probe other people’s installs, abuse push or attribution systems, or misuse the assistant to harass, deceive, or extract data about others. Do not reverse engineer in ways that violate applicable law or store rules.
You are responsible for the device access you grant and for the content you type into the assistant or into email to the studio.
Assistant limits
The assistant’s replies are automated. They may be incomplete or wrong. They are not a substitute for a qualified professional. Do not rely on the assistant for legal, medical, financial, or emergency decisions. If the product offers a way to stop using the assistant, you may do so and continue with the rest of the app where available.
Availability
Apps and related services may change, pause, or end. Stores, device OS vendors, Singular, and OneSignal can affect delivery outside the studio’s sole control. We work to keep releases and updates orderly, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or eternal availability of any single feature.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The effective date at the top will update when we publish changes. Continued use after a revision means you accept the new terms. The current effective date is October 2026.
Disputes
If a dispute arises, write first to FLOW ACADEMY LTD at [email protected] and describe the issue in clear terms. We will attempt to resolve disputes by correspondence with the developer before either side escalates. Nothing in this section waives rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
